Calling All Charleston High School Senior Girls!
I'll be visiting beautiful Downtown Charleston, South Carolina, on Monday, November 23, 2026, and I'm looking for 2–3 high school senior girls to participate in a FREE senior portrait mini session!
I'm dreaming of a fun, feminine,
Southern-inspired shoot featuring Charleston's charming streets, historic architecture, and beautiful pastel colors!
If you love getting dressed up, have a fun personality, and enjoy being in front of the camera, I'd love for you to apply!

No modeling experience is necessary!
I'm looking for everyday high school senior girls who are excited to have fun, be themselves, and enjoy a senior portrait experience!
Parent or guardian permission is required for participants under 18.
Please Note: Only 1 Entry Per Senior
The Look!
I'm looking for a joyful, upbeat, feminine style with soft pastel colors and a classic Southern feel.
Think flowy dresses, pretty details, and outfits that complement Charleston's beautiful scenery. Pastel-colored dresses with a relaxed, flowy fit are especially preferred, as they allow for beautiful, natural movement in photos!
Selected models will be responsible for providing their own clothing, hair, and makeup.
A Few Things to Know...

No modeling experience is necessary!

You must be available on November 23rd and able to travel to Downtown Charleston.

You must be comfortable having your images shared on my website, social media, and in future advertising.

Selected models will be required to sign a model release. For models under 18, parent or legal guardian permission is required, and a parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire photo session.

Applying does not guarantee selection. Only 2–3 models will be chosen.

Applications will close at 11:59 p.m. on October 31, 2026. Selected models will be notified via email by Sunday, November 1, 2026.
A total of 2–3 high school senior girls will be selected to participate in a FREE senior portrait mini session in Downtown Charleston, SC, on Monday, November 23, 2026. Each selected model will receive one 30–45 minute portrait session with a minimum of 30 professionally edited digital images. Each session is for one individual and may not be exchanged for any other type of session.
Models will be selected based on their personal style and overall fit with the creative vision for the session. Selection is not random. Only one application per senior will be accepted.
Selected models must be available on November 23, 2026, and are responsible for their own transportation, clothing, hair, and makeup. The desired style is joyful, feminine, and upbeat. Pastel-colored dresses with a relaxed, flowy fit are especially preferred, as they allow for beautiful, natural movement in photos!
All selected models must agree to allow April Grayson Photography to use their images for portfolio, website, social media, and advertising purposes. A signed model release will be required before the session. Models under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Sessions must take place in Downtown Charleston, SC, on the specified date and cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another location. In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, April Grayson Photography reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the sessions.
The complimentary session cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other item or service. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
