Hannah will graduate from Rehobeth High School in Dothan, and she made the trip to Mobile, Alabama for her senior portrait session. Downtown Mobile is one of my favorite locations for senior portraits, and it’s easy to see why. With historic architecture, green spaces, and rooftop views all within walking distance, downtown Mobile senior portraits offer a wide variety of looks in a single session—no two galleries are ever the same.
Downtown Mobile is home to several beautiful parks, each with its own unique feel. We began Hannah’s session in a park known for its stunning live oak trees. These trees never disappoint, providing natural shade and soft, even light that works perfectly for senior portraits. The oak-lined setting also adds a timeless Southern look that photographs well and pairs nicely with multiple outfits.
From there, we moved through downtown, taking advantage of the surrounding architecture. The mix of classic buildings and clean lines added structure and variety to Hannah’s gallery. Along the way, we stopped at several spots with flowers, which added pops of color and helped balance the architectural settings.
We wrapped up the afternoon on a rooftop location just as the sun was setting. Rooftop images are a popular option for downtown Mobile senior portraits, offering elevated views and beautiful light at the end of the day. It was a great way to finish the session and added a modern element to Hannah’s final images.
