Leah's Pensacola Senior Portrait Session

Leah's senior portrait session was a beautiful blend of history, nature, and personality. We met up at Fort Pickens in Pensacola, one of my favorite locations for senior sessions because it offers such a rich variety of backdrops. From the rustic brick archways of the fort to the soft, sandy dunes just steps away, it’s the perfect spot to capture both elegance and adventure.

Leah is a senior who radiates confidence and kindness. From the moment we started, she was relaxed and ready to have fun, which always makes a session that much more enjoyable. We began inside the fort, using the dramatic arches, weathered textures, and tunnels to create some timeless, moody portraits.

After exploring the fort, we made our way to the beach just as the sun started to dip lower in the sky. The soft golden hour light, paired with the ocean breeze, created pure magic. Leah's outfit choices were perfect for both the fort and the beach — stylish, and true to her. Whether she was walking barefoot along the shore or laughing with the waves behind her, she looked completely at home.
