Lexi's Senior Portrait Session in Downtown Fairhope, AL

Lexi is a senior at Coosa Christian School in Gadsden, Alabama. She and her family made the trip down to Dauphin Island to enjoy some time on the coast, and while they were here, they thought it would be the perfect opportunity to schedule her senior portrait session.

Originally, we planned to photograph Lexi at the Audubon Bird Sanctuary on Dauphin Island, one of my favorite spots for its winding trails and natural beauty. Unfortunately, the sanctuary had just undergone a controlled burn, leaving much of the area dark and charred. But one of the great things about working along the Gulf Coast is having access to so many beautiful nearby locations. We quickly pivoted and headed to downtown Fairhope instead.

Lexi's senior portrait session in downtown Fairhope did not disappoint. With its colorful flowers, picturesque doorways, and charming streets, it offered the perfect backdrop to highlight Lexi’s easygoing personality and natural beauty. She was relaxed, kind, and an absolute joy to work with.

Lexi plans to study occupational therapy in college and is excited about the new experiences and people this next chapter will bring. It’s always fun to photograph seniors like Lexi—full of hope, ready for the future, and grounded in where they come from.
