One of the greatest joys of being a senior portrait photographer is getting to work with wonderful families again and again. I photographed Amya’s brother, Tony, at the airport for his senior portraits, so when it was Amya’s turn, I loved that she chose an equally unique location, the Ben May library, for her own senior portraits.
Amya is a Class of 2026 senior at Daphne High School, and her senior portraits at the Ben May Library were both fun and unique. The library offered the perfect classic backdrop for her session, and gave her photos such a polished and meaningful look.
Amya is not only beautiful but also incredibly talented and creative. She loves art, horseback riding, and building things. Next year, she plans to study mechanical engineering in college, and she’ll even be bringing her pet bearded dragon along with her! Naturally, he made a special appearance during her session, making her images truly personal and unforgettable.
Amya shared that her goal for senior year is to enjoy every moment and make the most of them. These high school years go by so quickly, and it was such an honor to photograph Amya’s senior portraits. I can’t wait to see all the amazing things she will accomplish in the years ahead. Congratulations, Amya!
I hope you’ve enjoyed this little snapshot of Amya’s Ben May Library senior portraits. Her session was such a wonderful reminder of how unique and personal each senior’s story can be.
